The latest run of the 3.3L Doug Thorley Headers for the Xterra and Frontier are now in stock and ready to ship! After working with Doug Thorley on the Xterra / Frontier 3.3L headers we’ve considered making a run of the 1990+ Pathfinder / Hardbody Pickup 3.0L headers. We’ve been recently getting calls and e-mails regarding them but these haven’t been in production for more than a couple years. The headers will be ceramic coated inside and out for better heat distribution and will include the Y-Pipe and go for $469.95. From the day we send the order to Doug Thorley for production, it will take 8 – 10 weeks for them to be in stock ready to ship. We would like to see a list of 20 people but could probably do a run of as few as 10 sets. When the headers are ready to ship, you will be contacted directly for payment and shipment tracking info will be provided to you. Shirts and more HD Motor Mounts on the Way!

The winter is over, the snow is melting and I’m back in Southern California! Being in Tahoe was fun but operating Rugged Rocks up there hadn’t worked out as I had originally intended. In 2006, Rugged Rocks was born in southern California and it’s where it needs to stay.

Right before the quick move I made it out to GONE in Moab, UT where I wheeled with a ton of great people. It was really really nice to put screen names and voices with faces and also talk to numerous people gathering input for future products. I also had a chance to test out the 4-link rear suspension on the pathfinder. I’m extremely pleased with the way the kit has come together. I had Zero issues with the suspension system along the journey from California to Utah on the trail and back again. There will be a few of these kits being tested but I suspect that we’ll be seeing the production kits on the shelf very soon.

The first batch of 3.3L Heavy Duty Motor Mounts has come and gone extremely fast. There was a small post about them on Facebook and once the word got out at GONE that I had the mounts with me, another handful were quickly sold. The next batch of the 3.0 and 3.3L mounts should both be done by July 8th and can be ordered here: Rugged Rocks Motor Mounts

Also as seen at GONE, Rugged Rocks T-Shirts are now available for purchase. They are Grey and 100% cotton and confortable. I’m extremely pleased with the way these came out. For now they are only available in Large and Extra-Large and can be purchased here: Rugged Rocks Shirts
